Sancţiunile fiscale aplicate contribuabililor începînd cu 13 ianuarie 2012 pentru neutilizarea maşinilor de casă şi control
Prin Legea pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative nr. 267 din 23 decembrie 2012 ( publicată în Monitorul Oficial nr. 13-14 din 13 ianuarie 2012) a fost modificat şi completat art. 254 al Codului fiscal. În rezultatul modificărilor operate au fost înăsprite sancţiunile pentru contribuabilii, care nu utilizează MCC la efectuarea operaţiunilor în numerar. Conform art. 254 alin.
