Ministerul Finanţelor prezintă pentru consultare publică proiectul formularului tipizat de document primar „Act de confirmare a creanţelor şi datoriilor în valută străină aferente operaţiunilor economice între rezidenţii Republicii Moldova” şi Instrucţiunea de completare a acestuia.

Reieşind din prevederile art. 277 alin. (1) lit. a) al CF, persoanele juridice şi persoanele fizice rezidenţi şi nerezidenţi ai Republicii Moldova, proprietari ai bunurilor imobiliare de pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova sunt subiecţi ai impunerii cu impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare.
