Studiile recente facute de Comisia Europeana referitor la protectia impotriva inundatiilor si al tranzitiei catre taxe mai ecologice arata ca investitiile in mediu ar putea genera investitii uriase pentru statele membre UE. Primul studiu aduce noi argumente cu privire la avantajele economice globale generate de efectuarea de investitii in infrastructuri de aparare impotriva inundatiilor, iar celalalt ilustreaza beneficiile pe care le-ar aduce reducerea sarcinii fiscale asupra costului fortei de munca si reorientarea sa inspre utilizarea resurselor si poluare.

Tranziţia entităţilor la noile reglementări contabile, care se efectuează benevol de la 1 ianuarie 2014 sau în mod obligatoriu de la 1 ianuarie 20151, condiţionează anumite efecte cu caracter fiscal. În prezentul articol se examinează unele aspecte de impozitare, care sînt conexate cu modificările în contabilitatea activelor materiale pe termen lung, denumite în noile acte normative contabile „imobilizări corporale”.

Где можно приобрести патент, на какой период и что для этого необходимо?
В соответствии с положениями ст. 4 Закона о предпринимательском патенте № 93-XIV от 15.07.1998 г., лицо, желающее получить патент, может подать заявление в территориальную налоговую инспекцию по месту жительства или по месту предполагаемой деятельности. А в случае, если в населённом пункте, на территории которого намеревается осуществлять предпринимательскую деятельность заявитель, не размещается налоговая инспекция (бюро), патент может выдаваться соответствующей примэрией, при этом патент будет действителен лишь на соответствующей территории.
В соответствии с ч. (8) ст. 3 Закона о предпринимательском патенте № 93-XIV от 15.07.1998 г. (далее — Закон), патентообладатель не вправе:
