e-APL: reduce timpul de interacțiune cu cetățenii și mediul de afaceri
Autoritățile urmează să lanseze portalul e-APL. Acesta va permite sporirea transparenței activității autoritățior publice locale, va standardiza procesele de business și documentele aferente acestora, va reduce timpul de interacțiune cu cetățenii și mediul de afaceri și va contribui la raționalizarea procesului de prestare a serviciilor publice la nivel local prin consumarea automată a datelor necesare din resursele informaționale de stat și serviciile guvernamentale de platformă.
În acest context, Cancelaria de stat a inițiat procesul de elaborare a Hotărârii de Guvern pentru aprobarea Regulamentului privind modul de funcționare și utilizare a Portalului administrației publice locale din Republica Moldova (e-APL)
Persoanele interesate pot remit propuneri și recomandări în acest sens până la data de 24 octombrie curent la adresa daniela.sorahmetov@gov.md
