37.26 Este obligată Administrația parcului să prezinte Serviciului Fiscal de Stat informații privind înregistrarea companiilor ca rezidenți ale parcului pentru tehnologia informației?

 Potrivit pct. 18 din Regulamentul de înregistrare a rezidenților parcului pentru tehnologia informației ”Moldova IT park”, anexa nr. 2 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr.1144 din 20.12.2017, рână la sfârşitul lunii în care a fost înregistrat rezidentul, Administraţia prezintă câte o copie a extrasului din Registrul de evidenţă a rezidenţilor Parcului către Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale, Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină şi autorităţile administraţiei publice locale din circumscripţia în care se află sediul central (adresa juridică) al rezidentului.
[Modificările operate în temeiul aprobării Hotărîrei Guvernului. nr.212 din 30.09.2021, în vigoare 08.11.2021]
