SFS a publicat rezultatele acțiunilor de administrare fiscală la compartimentul TVA
În perioada ianuarie – martie 2025 Serviciul Fiscal de Stat a întreprins acțiuni de administrare fiscală la compartimentul TVA, care au vizat examinarea corectitudinii reflectării facturilor fiscale emise de furnizori în anexa la Declarația TVA, divergențele înregistrate între sumele TVA declarate de beneficiari și furnizori.
În acest sens, au fost efectuate vizite fiscale/ chestionare la 1286 contribuabili și expediate 14 877 notificări cu privire la divergențele stabilite în declarațiile privind TVA.
Măsurile întreprinse au generat mai multe rezultate, și anume:
- 20 contribuabili au fost înregistrați în calitate de plătitori TVA;
- suma TVA destinată trecerii în cont a fost micșorată cu 34,08 milioane lei;
- a fost declarată suma de 7,45 milioane lei, TVA suplimentar la buget.
Serviciul Fiscal de Stat încurajează toți contribuabilii să respecte cu strictețe reglementările legislației fiscale și să reflecte corect și în termen toate facturile fiscale în declarațiile privind TVA. Aceste acțiuni sunt necesare pentru a asigura transparența și conformitatea cu obligațiile fiscale stabilite de legislația în vigoare, precum și conformarea benevolă a agenților economici.
