TVA în cazul importului dispozitivelor medicale
În urma modificărilor toate dispozitivele medicale care sunt înregistrate în registrul de stat al dispozitivelor medicale se vor supune TVA de 8%. Participăm la licitatii publice și dispunem de seturi chirugicale (consumabile) la cota 20%, care din 01.01.2026 deja vor fi la cota 8%? Dacă pretul din contract cu Institutiile medicale este de 1000 lei fără TVA și costul lui la import este 600 lei, după noua lege urmează să-l livrăm doar cu adaos de 15%?
