29.3.1.2 Care este modalitatea de declarare a veniturilor obținute de către persoana fizică cetăţean care desfășoară activitate profesională în sectorul justiției, care a obţinut venituri altele decât veniturile din activitatea profesională în sectorul justiției?
Рersoana care desfăşoară activitate profesională în sectorul justiției prezintă Declaraţia cu privire la impozitul pe venit (forma DAP24) aprobată de Ordinul Ministerul Finanțelor nr. 60 din 29.05.2024.
Venitul impozabil al persoanei care desfăşoară activitate profesională în sectorul justiției, obţinut din activitatea profesională, se impozitează anual conform cotei în mărime de 12%, prevăzută pentru persoanele care desfășoară activitate profesională în sectorul justiției, stabilită la art. 15 lit. а) din Codul fiscal.
În cazul în care persoana care desfăşoară activitate profesională în sectorul justiției pe parcursul anului fiscal a obţinut venituri altele decât veniturile din activitatea profesională, atunci aceasta urmează să prezinte Declaraţia persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit (forma CET18), indicând în ea veniturile impozabile obţinute ca persoană fizică care nu practică activitate profesională.
