30.2.1 Cine sunt subiecții impunerii cu taxa pentru mărfurile care, în procesul utilizării, cauzează poluarea mediului?
b) importatorii de mărfuri indicate în anexa nr.8 la Legea nr.1540/1998;
c) cumpărătorii care procură mărfuri, ambalaje de desfacere, precum şi mărfuri ambalate în ambalaje, prevăzute la alin.(2) din Legea nr.1540/1998, de la persoane fizice şi juridice de pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova care nu au relaţii fiscale cu sistemul bugetar al acesteia;
d) producătorii şi importatorii care plasează pe piaţă produse şi mărfuri ambalate în ambalaje din materialele prevăzute la alin.(2) lit.b) art.11 din Legea nr.1540/1998;
e) producătorii şi importatorii care plasează pe piaţă ambalajele prevăzute la alin.(2) lit.c) art.11 din Legea nr.1540/1998.
