30.3.15 Cînd apare obligația privind taxa pentru categoriile de mărfuri ce cauzează poluarea mediului în procesul utilizării?
b) pentru producători – la data plasării pe piaţă a produselor şi/sau a mărfurilor ambalate în ambalaje din materialele prevăzute la art.11 alin.(2) lit.b) din Legea menționată;
c) pentru producătorii care plasează pe piaţă ambalajele prevăzute la art.11 alin.(2) lit.c) din Legea menționată – la data plasării pe piaţă a ambalajelor de desfacere;
d) pentru cumpărătorii care procură mărfuri şi/sau ambalaje de desfacere de la persoane fizice şi juridice de pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova care nu au relaţii fiscale cu sistemul bugetar al acesteia - la data procurării mărfurilor şi/sau ambalajelor.
