45.1.3 Ce se înțelege prin construcţie, în scopul aplicării defalcărilor pentru elaborarea normativelor tehnice în construcții?
Potrivit art. 3 din Codul urbanismului și construcțiilor nr. 434/2023, construcţia este clădirea, construcţia de inginerie civilă sau construcţia specială, a cărei realizare constă în execuţia oricărei structuri fixate în sol sau pe sol, având caracter permanent sau provizoriu şi fiind concepută, proiectată şi executată pentru îndeplinirea ori asigurarea unor funcţii tehnice, economice, sociale sau ecologice, indiferent de specificul, destinaţia, categoria şi clasa de importanţă, incluzând instalaţiile, echipamentele şi utilajele tehnologice şi funcţionale aferente.
