Conform titlului executoriu din anul 2016, persoanei fizice urmează să i se achite o sumă de bani, compusă din datoria pentru darea în locațiune și penalitatea pentru neachitare în termen a chiriei. Ce sume reprezintă surse de venit impozabil și cum urmează să procedeze persoana fizică în cazul în care suma va fi achitată pe parcursul a mai multor ani?
