Ипотечные кредиты теряют популярность у населения

Граждане Молдовы всё реже берут кредиты в банке на покупку жилья. По данным госпредприятия "Кадастру", с апреля по июнь зарегистрировали почти вдвое меньше ипотечных кредитов, по сравнению с тем же периодом прошлого года. В то же время незначительно выросло количество договоров о купле-продаже недвижимости. По данным госпредприятия "Кадастру", во втором квартале 2016-го зарегистрировали около пяти тысяч ипотечных кредитов, это на 46% меньше, чем годом ранее. Между тем, в первые полгода молдавские граждане чаще брали займы в банках на покупку жилья. Согласно тем же данным, в первые три месяца текущего года, больше всего снизились цены на недвижимость в Глодянском, Басарабясском и Леовском районах. Там квартиры продавали примерно на 20% дешевле, чем годом ранее. А вот в Кишинёве, а также в Кагульском и Резинском районах, недвижимость по сравнению с прошлым годом, подорожала на треть.
