Квартиры в элитных домах стали дешевле

Продолжают дешеветь квартиры в старых домах. За первые два месяца этого года цены упали примерно на 2%, а к концу года ожидается снижение на 5%. Люди всё больше отдают предпочтение новостроям — объясняют эксперты. Предложения от строительных компаний разнообразны, а цены легко выдерживают конкуренцию со стоимостью квартир в старых домах. В столице средняя стоимость однокомнатной квартиры вторичного рынка — 21 тысяча евро, двухкомнатной — 35. Стремительнее всего дешевеют «трёшки» — покупка в среднем обойдется в 42 тысячи евро, что на более чем на 3% меньше, чем в прошлом году. Это падение мы наблюдаем уже третий год подряд, поскольку человек, который может себе позволить содержание трёхкомнатной квартиры в старом доме, и оплачивать коммунальные счета, точно так же может себе позволить и покупку квартиры в новострое, и даже предпочитает это сделать, поскольку там более привлекательная инфраструктура и условия в целом лучше, -сказал директор агентства недвижимости, Владислав Мустяцэ. Стройкомпании предлагают широкий выбор. Квадратный метр квартиры в новострое в среднем стоит 630 евро. Еще дешевле стоит квадратный метр в строящихся домах. Доступнее стали и квартиры в элитных домах. Если два года назад квадратный метро стоил 900 евро, то теперь цена упала до 750. Тем не менее, позволить себе покупку квартиры многие жители Молдовы не могут. Эксперты говорят, что удешевление недвижимости продлится до конца года. В настоящее время в столице строят 250 домов.
