Piața valorilor mobiliare din Moldova, în scădere

În Republica Moldova volumul cumulativ al emisiunilor de acțiuni în semestrul I al anului 2015 a constituit 137,3 milioane de lei, cu 782,2 milioane de lei mai puțin decît în aceeași perioadă a anului trecut, informează Noi.md. Potrivit datelor Comisiei Naționale a Pieței Financiare, în ianuarie-iunie 2015, în Registrul de stat al valorilor mobiliare (RSVM) au fost înregistrate patru emisiuni de constituire, în volum de 8,5 mil lei, şi 25 de emisiuni suplimentare de acţiuni, în volum de 128,8 mil lei. În perioada similară a anului trecut, emisiuni de constituire a acțiunilor nu au fost înregistrate, iar volumul emisiunilor suplimentare de acțiuni a constituit 919,5 mil lei. În perioada de referinţă, pe piața reglementată (piaţa bursieră) și în afara pieței reglementate (piața extrabursieră) au fost efectuate tranzacţii cu valori mobiliare corporative, în sumă de 495,4 mil lei, fiind în scădere cu 476 mil lei, comparativ cu volumul tranzacţiilor efectuate în semestrul I al anului 2014. Volumul tranzacțiilor cu valorile mobiliare pe piața reglementată, în ianuarie-iunie 2015, a constituit 183 mil. lei, față de 437,2 mil lei în aceeași perioadă a anului trecut. În afara pieței reglementate volumul tranzacțiilor cu valorile mobiliare corporative a însumat 312,4 mil lei (în anul 2014 – 534,2 mil lei).
