Stocul investițiilor străine în economia moldovenească a scăzut brusc

Comparativ cu finele anului 2014, stocul de investiții directe ale nerezidenților în economia Republicii Moldova, la 30 septembrie 2015 a înregistrat o descreștere de 3,9% și a constituit 3,47 miliarde de dolari coborând la nivelul anului 2012, anunță mold-street.md citat de Unimedia. Poziţia investiţională internaţională a Republicii Moldova și-a continuat trendul din perioadele precedente, soldul debitor ajungând la 5,659.61 mil USD, în creștere cu 0.3 la sută față de cel înregistrat la finele trimestrului II 2015 sau cu 1.1 la sută comparativ cu finele anului 2014. Menținerea soldului debitor al poziţiei investiţionale internaţionale a Republicii Moldova s-a datorat tranzacțiilor nete cu nerezidenții pe parcursul ultimelor 9 luni (-431.57 mil USD), compensate parțial de fluctuația ratei de schimb a valutelor originale faţă de dolarul SUA, ceea ce a cauzat modificări în valoare de 382.64 mil. Față de sfârșitul anului 2014, stocul de active financiare a scăzut cu 6.5 la sută, cel al pasivelor financiare fiind și el în descreștere cu 1.9 la sută. La diminuarea stocului de active financiare comparativ cu finele anului 2014 au contribuit atât fluxul din balanța de plăți (-147.74 mil USD), cât și fluctuația ratei de schimb a valutelor originale faţă de dolarul SUA (-91.35 mil USD). Stocul de pasive financiare s-a diminuat față de sfârșitul anului 2014 ca urmare a fluctuației ratei de schimb (-473.99 mil USD), în pofida fluxului pozitiv înregistrat în balanța de plăți în primele 9 luni ale anului 2015 (283.83 mil. USD). Pe parcursul trimestrului III 2015, tranzacţiile efective nete cu nerezidenţii au contribuit la majorarea soldului debitor cu 95.03 mil USD, reevaluările de preţ, de asemenea, au influențat în sensul creșterii acestuia (cu 4.70 mil USD), în timp ce fluctuaţia ratei de schimb a valutelor originale faţă de dolarul SUA a contribuit la diminuarea soldului cu 84.58 mil USD. Activele financiare externe au înregistrat la 30.09.2015 un stoc în valoare de 3,471.36 mil USD, în scădere cu 9.12 mil USD. Stocul activelor financiare s-a micșorat în urma tranzacţiilor efective înregistrate în balanţa de plăţi (-9.49 mil. USD) și a schimbărilor de preț (-0.48 mil USD), compensate parțial de fluctuaţia ratei de schimb (0.85 mil USD). Angajamentele financiare externe au înregistrat la 30.09.2015 un stoc în valoare de 9,130.97 mil USD, în creștere cu 6.03 mil. USD comparativ cu finele trimestrului II 2015. Stocul pasivelor financiare a crescut față de trimestrul precedent ca rezultat al tranzacţiilor prezentate în balanța de plăți (85.54 mil USD) și al reevaluărilor de preț (4.22 mil USD), compensate în mare parte de fluctuaţia ratei de schimb (-83.73 mil USD). Stocul angajamentelor financiare la 30.09.2015 a depășit stocul creanțelor de 2.6 ori. Pentru investiţiile directe, investițiile de portofoliu și alte investiţii, pasivele externe depăşesc constant și semnificativ activele.
