В Молдове в 2015 были зарегистрированы около 6000 предприятий

В 2015 году в Молдове зарегистрировано 5985 предприятий, что на 4,4% меньше по сравнению с 2014 годом (6263). По данным Государственной регистрационной палаты, в январе 2015 г. зарегистрировано 481 предприятие, в феврале – 579, в марте – 542, в апреле – 500, в мае – 521, в июне – 461, в июле - 506, в августе – 385, в сентябре – 483, в октябре – 509, в ноябре – 503, в декабре – 515 предприятий. Большая часть новых предприятий (65%) в 2015 г. зарегистрирована в мун.Кишинев. Всего по состоянию на 1 января 2016 г. Госрегистр юридических лиц содержал информацию о 170,04 тыс. компаний, из которых 54,1% (92,04 тыс.) - ООО, 36,9% (62,8 тыс.) - ИП, 2,7% (4,6 тыс.) - АО. Около 53% зарегистрированных в Молдове предприятий занимаются оптово-розничной торговлей; 12% - работают в перерабатывающей промышленности; 6% - в сельском хозяйстве; 5% - в транспортной отрасли; 4% - в гостиничном бизнесе, 4% - занимаются сделками с недвижимостью, 2% - работают в сфере строительства; 2% - в финансовой отрасли. Как сообщалось ранее, в 2014 г. в Молдове было зарегистрировано 6263 предприятия, что на 0,5% больше по сравнению с 2013 г. (6231).
