Anunț important pentru contribuabili aferent dosarului privind prețurile de transfer
Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează că, urmare a adoptării în prima lectură a proiectului de lege pentru modificarea Codului fiscal nr. 1163/1997, nu mai este necesară prezentarea dosarului privind prețurile de transfer până la data de 30 iunie 2025, pentru tranzacțiile desfășurate în anul 2024.
Conform noilor prevederi, dosarul privind prețurile de transfer va fi întocmit și prezentat doar la solicitarea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, în termen de 120 de zile calendaristice de la data solicitării.
Important: Neprezentarea dosarului până la 30 iunie 2025 nu va fi considerată o încălcare a legislației fiscale.
Această măsură are ca scop sprijinirea mediului de afaceri, prin reducerea poverii administrative și evitarea costurilor semnificative asociate întocmirii anticipate a dosarului.
