Aplicarea Prevederile art. 54/1 alin.(3/2) din CF în raport cu întreprinderile mici și mijlocii care aplică regimul de impozitare SIMM
Persoana fizică X este fondator și deține cîte 30% din valoarea/numărul titlurilor de participare sau al drepturilor de vot la 5 întreprinderi, dintre care 3 întreprinderi sunt mici și mijlocii și aplică regimul de impozitare conform capitolului 71 din titlul II al CF, o întreprindere aplică regimul general de impozitare, iar o întreprindere este rezidentă al parcului IT. Cad acestea sub incidența prevederilor art. 541 alin. (32) din CF? Apare obligația de a aplica regimul general de impozitare...
