Beneficierea de scutiri în cazul aflării/revenirii din concediul de îngrijire a copilului
În luna aprilie 2022, angajatei întreprinderii, care se află în concediu de îngrijire a copilului, i s-a acordat ajutor material cu ocazia sărbătorilor pascale, iar începând cu luna mai, aceasta a revenit la serviciu din concediu de îngrijire a copilului, în care s-a aflat începând cu anul 2021. Dat fiind faptul că aceasta nu a beneficiat de scutiri, nu și-a schimbat locul de muncă, nu a renunțat la scutirile la care avea dreptul și nici nu a depus o cerere nouă privind acordarea scutiril...
