BNM propune un regulament pentru tratamentul prudențial al securitizărilor creditelor
BNM anunță despre consultarea publică a proiectului Hotărârii Comitetului executiv al Băncii Naționale a Moldovei pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la tratamentul prudențial al securitizărilor. După cum se menționează în anunțul BNM, elaborarea proiectului derivă din necesitatea alinierii cadrului normativ național la cel al Uniunii Europene. În acest sens, proiectul hotărârii transpune parțial prevederile Capitolului 5 Securitizarea din titlul II partea a treia din Regulamentul (UE) nr. 575/2023 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 26 iunie 2013 privind cerințele prudențiale pentru instituțiile de credit și de modificare a Regulamentului (UE) nr. 648/2012 și reprezintă cadrul normativ secundar privind tratamentul prudențial al securitizărilor.
Regulamentul se va aplică băncilor din Republica Moldova şi sucursalelor băncilor străine deschise pe teritoriul Moldovei şi stabilește cadrul pentru tratamentul prudențial al securitizărilor: metode de calcul a valorii expunerii aferente pozițiilor din securitizare, criterii pentru recunoașterea transferului semnificativ al riscului și utilizarea evaluărilor externe ale creditului.
Astfel, sugestiile sau recomandările pe marginea proiectului hotărârii supus consultării publice, pot fi expediate până pe data de 3 iulie 2025 la adresa electronică reglementare@bnm.md, comunicate la numărul de telefon 022 822 480 sau expediate pe adresa: bd.
