ANRCETI

Agenţia Naţională pentru Reglementare în Comunicaţii Electronice şi Tehnologia Informaţiei este autoritatea publică centrală care reglementează activitatea în domeniul comunicaţiilor electronice şi al tehnologiei informaţiei, asigură implementarea strategiilor de dezvoltare a domeniilor menţionate şi supraveghează respectarea legislaţiei în domeniu de către furnizorii de reţele şi/sau servicii de comunicaţii electronice.

ANRCETI are statut de persoană juridică cu buget autonom şi este independentă de furnizorii de reţele şi servicii, de producătorii de echipamente de comunicaţii electronice, precum şi de Guvern, cu excepţia a trei cazuri: ea îşi exercită funcţiile şi atribuţiile în baza unui regulament aprobat de Guvern; aprobă, cu consultarea Guvernului, tarifele pentru serviciile publice de comunicaţii electronice prestate de furnizorii cu putere semnificativă pe piaţa de telefonie fixă relevantă; directorul şi directorii adjuncţi ai Agenţiei sunt desemnaţi de către Guvern.

În 2014, furnizorii de comunicaţii electronice vor prezenta rapoartele în regim on-line

Până la finele anului 2014, furnizorii de reţele şi servicii de comunicaţii electronice vor putea expedia prin Internet, în regim on-line, Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Reglementare în Comunicaţii Electronice şi Tehnologia Informaţiei (ANRCETI) datele statistice despre evoluţia pieţelor respective. Această prevedere se conţine în planul de implementare pentru anul 2014 a Concepţiei Sistemului Informaţional Integrat al ANRCETI (SIIA), plan aprobat de către directorul acesteia, Grigore Varaniţa.
