CNAS: ce trebuie să știți despre indemnizația de maternitate

Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale reiterează că în conformitate cu prevederile legislației, indemnizaţia de maternitate se stabileşte de către Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale, din oficiu, în baza informaţiei din certificatul medical pentru concediul de maternitate, transmis de instituțiile medicale.

 

Respectiv, NU ESTE NECESARĂ depunerea cererii de acordare a indemnizaţiei de maternitate de către beneficiari și NU ESTE NECESARĂ prezentarea certificatului medical pentru concediul de maternitate pe suport de hârtie la subdiviziunile teritoriale ale Casei Naţionale de Asigurări Sociale.

 

Certificatul medical pentru concediul de maternitate pe suport de hârtie se prezintă angajatorului.
