Modificarea clasificației bugetare

În Monitorul Oficial de astăzi, 4 decembrie 2020, a fost publicat Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 143 din 17 noiembrie 2020 privind modificarea Clasificaţiei bugetare. 

În temeiul articolului 27 din Legea finanțelor publice și responsabilității bugetar-fiscale nr. 181/2014 și în scopul reglementării şi perfecționării modului de reflectare a unor indicatori bugetari,


ORDON:


Ordinul ministrului finanţelor nr.208/2015 privind Clasificaţia bugetară (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr. 370-376, art. 2727), cu modificările ulterioare,
se modifică după cum urmează :
1. Anexa nr. 8 „Clasificaţia programe lor - B. Activităţi”:
1.1. Se completează cu coduri noi în următoarea redacție:
- „70325 Proiectul „Finanțarea adițională pentru Proiectul „Răspuns de urgenţă la COVID-19”
- 70326 Proiectul „Suport în procesul port-ratificare a Convenției Minamata în Republica Moldova prin consolidarea capacităților de eliminare și reducerea riscurilor asociate cu mercurul” ”.

1.2. Denumirea codului 70324 se modifică și se expune în următoarea redacție:
„70324 Proiectul „Securitatea aprovizionării cu apă și canalizare în Moldova” ”.


2. În anexa nr.11 „Clasificația economică” denumirea codurilor 14239, 142391, 14321, 143210, 14323 și 143230 se modifică și se expun în următoarea redacție:
- „14239 Alte mijloace bănești intrate legal în posesia autorităților/instituțiilor bugetare
- 142391 Alte mijloace bănești intrate legal în posesia autorităților/instituțiilor bugetare”
- „14321 Amenzi aplicate de Inspectoratul Național de Securitate Publică
- 143210 Amenzi aplicate de Inspectoratul Național de Securitate Publică”
- „14323 Amenzi aplicate de Inspectoratul Național de Securitate Publică pentru încălcarea traficului rutier, constatate cu ajutorul mijloacelor foto-video
- 143230 Amenzi aplicate de Inspectoratul Național de Securitate Publică pentru încălcarea traficului rutier, constatate cu ajutorul mijloacelor foto-video”.


3. În anexa nr.12 ”Norme metodologice privind aplicarea Clasificației economice” denumirea codurilor 142391, 143210 și 143230 se modifică și se expun în următoarea redacție:
- „142391 Alte mijloace bănești intrate legal în posesia autorităților/instituțiilor bugetare”
- „143210 Amenzi aplicate de Inspectoratul Național de Securitate Publică”
- „143230 Amenzi aplicate de Inspectoratul Național de Securitate Publică pentru încălcarea traficului rutier, constatate cu ajutorul mijloacelor foto-video”.


4. Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare la data semnării și se publică în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
