Modificări în clasificația bugetară

Ieri, 3 noiembrie, în Monitorul Oficial a fost publicat Ordinul Ministerul Finanțelor nr. 134 din 26 octombrie 2020 privind modificarea Clasificaţiei bugetare. 

În temeiul articolului 27 din Legea finanțelor publice și responsabilității bugetar-fiscale nr. 181/2014 și în scopul reglementării şi perfecționării modului de reflectare a unor indicatori bugetari,


ORDON:

Ordinul ministrului finanţelor nr.208/2015 „Privind Clasificaţia bugetară” se modifică după cum urmează:
1. În Anexa nr. 7 „Clasificația programelor – A.Programe și subprograme”:
1.1. Codurile 07 și 0702 se modifică și se expun în următoarea redacție:
„07 Control al integrității 0702 Controlul averii, intereselor personale, regimului juridic al conflictelor de interese, incompatibilităților și restricțiilor”.

2. Anexa nr. 8 „Clasificaţia programelor - B. Activităţi”:
2.1. Se completează cu coduri noi în următoarea redacție:
„00505 Implementarea tehnologiilor informaționale în sectorul public”
„70315 Proiectul „Abordarea LEADER pentru prosperitatea rurală în Moldova”
70316 Proiectul „Istoria și muzica – valorile care ne unesc”
70317 Proiectul „Promovarea tradițiilor etnografice din România și Republica Moldova”
70318 Proiectul „Călător pe meridiane culturale”
70319 Proiectul „Să descoperim împreună urmele lui Ștefan cel Mare” ”.
2.2. Codul 70240 se modifică și se expune în următoarea redacție:
„70240 Proiectul „Învățământul superior” ”.


3. Prezentul ordin intră în vigoare la data semnării, cu excepția codurilor 07, 0702 și 00505 din pct.1.1 și pct.2.1., care intră în vigoare de la 1 ianuarie 2021 și se publică în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
