ORDIN SFS nr. 667 din 12.12. 2018 privind actualizarea Bazei generalizate a practicii fiscale

1. (28.17.30) Are dreptul entitatea la aplicarea cotei reduse a TVA în mărime de 10% pentru livrările efectuate în conformitate cu art.96 lit.b) din Codul fiscal, în cazul în care aceasta obține venituri din compensarea de către angajați a cheltuielilor suportate? 2. (28.17.29) Are dreptul entitatea la aplicarea cotei reduse a TVA în mărime de 10% pentru livrările efectuate în conformitate cu art.96 lit.b) din Codul fiscal, în cazul în care aceasta obține venituri din încasarea restului lăsat de client în urma achitării consumaţiei în baza bonului fiscal eliberat de restaurant? 3. (28.17.28) Care regim fiscal privind TVA se va aplica, de către întreprinderile a căror activitate se constituie exclusiv din activităţi de cazare şi/sau alimentaţie publică, la comercializarea de către acestea a produselor alimentare și băuturilor la prepararea cărora sînt utilizate mărfuri supuse accizelor? 4. (28.17.27) Are dreptul entitatea la aplicarea cotei reduse în mărime de 10% a TVA pentru livrările efectuate în conformitate cu art.96 lit.b) din Codul fiscal, în cazul în care aceasta obține venituri din alte activități decît cele stipulate în secțiunea I din Clasificatorul Activităților din Economia Moldovei (CAEM)? 5. (28.17.1) Ce cote sînt stabilite pentru livrările de mărfuri (servicii, lucrări)?
