Prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 684 din 11 iulie 2018 a fost aprobat Regulamentul cu privire la evaluarea, administrarea și valorificarea bunurilor infracționale (sechestrate), care a intrat în vigoare din data de 12 octombrie 2018 (în continuare – Regulament), care stabilește principiile, organizarea şi desfășurarea activității de evaluare, administrare şi valorificare a bunurilor infracţionale. Potrivit Regulamentului, atribuțiile cu privire la evaluarea, administrarea şi valorificarea bunurilor infracționale îi revin Agenției de Recuperare a Bunurilor Infracţi...
