SFS a stins obligaţiile fiscale a 107358 contribuabili, prin anulare
Prin Legea nr.178 din 21 iulie 2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative (MO nr. 301-315 din 18.08.2017, art. 537) au fost operate modificări la Codul fiscal (CF) în partea ce ține de stingerea obligațiilor fiscale, inclusiv a restanțelor, prin anulare.
