5 Provocări la crearea Departamentului de Contabilitate

Un seminar cu acest generic a fost organizat pe data de 17 martie de către partenerul Publicației Periodice Monitorul fiscal FISC.md - Compania Vioser Consulting. La seminarul motivațional “5 Provocări la crearea Departamentului de Contabilitate” au participat circa 40 persoane, care au fost instruite în următoarele domenii: - Cum să îți transformi lucrul în pasiune - Ce dileme poți întîmpina la lansarea întreprinderii tale - Cum să te automotivezi și să-ți motivezi echipa - Cele mai bune recomandări pentru dezvoltarea Departamentului de Contabilitate - Cum să creezi un tandem de succes Manager – Contabil Speakerii seminarului au fost contabili experimentați - Viorica Brînză - contabil-șef, DAAC Auto, Svetlana Postică - contabil-șef, NANU, Ecaterina Cechina - director financiar, Bucuria, Viorica Rumleanschi – fondator și contabil-șef, Vioser Consulting, care au făcut și schimb de opinii cu participanții la seminar, desfășurat în două sesiuni. La prima sesiune, fiecare dintre speakeri a ținut un discurs despre propria experiență. Iar la cea de-a doua au răspuns la întrebările din diferite domenii, adresate de către participanți.
