5 milioane de euro pentru creditarea achiziției strugurilor tehnici

Cinci milioane de euro sunt disponibile în cadrul programului "Filiera Vinului" pentru creditarea preferențială a achiziției strugurilor de soiuri tehnice, ce vor fi recoltați în toamna acestui an. Creditele pot fi deja accesate de către toți agenții economici din sectorul vinicol, cu excepția celor care le-au contractat deja, indiferent dacă anterior au beneficiat sau nu de credite în cadrul acestui program. Suma maximă a creditului pentru achiziția de struguri este de 600 de mii de euro pentru un beneficiar. Banca Europeană de Investiții va finanța până la 50 la sută din valoarea contractelor de cumpărare a strugurilor. Astfel, vinificatorii au posibilitatea unică de a sprijini crescătorii de struguri încă de la primele lucrări în plantațiile de vie. Creditele sunt acordate prin intermediul Ministerului Finanțelor, cu o dobândă de 3,73 la sută pentru împrumuturile în euro. Pentru a fi considerați eligibili pentru finanțare, vinificatorii trebuie să prezinte la Unitatea de implementarea a Programului contractele de achiziții standardizate, semnate între beneficiari și cultivatorii de struguri. Modelul standardizat al contractului de achiziție a strugurilor poate fi ridicat de către vinificatori de la unitatea de implementare a programului ”Filiera Vinului”. În cadrul Programului „Filiera Vinului” au fost deja aprobate credite pentru achiziția de struguri de la producătorii autohtoni în valoare de peste 5 milioane euro.
