A crescut vârsta standard de pensionare

De la 1 iulie 2019 se majorează vârsta standard de pensionare. Astfel, bărbaţii care intenţionează să-şi realizeze dreptul la pensie pentru limită de vârstă după 1 iulie 2019 trebuie să cunoască că pot beneficia de acest drept dacă au împlinit 63 de ani, având un stagiu de cotizare de 34 de ani. Femeile se vor pensiona de la 1 iulie 2019 la vârsta de 58 de ani şi 6 luni, având un stagiu de cotizare de 31 de ani şi 6 luni. Menţionăm că atât bărbaţii, cât şi femeile, la atingerea vârstei de pensionare, pot beneficia de pensie şi în condiţiile unui stagiu de cotizare incomplet de cel puţin 15 ani. Majorarea treptată a vârstei standard de pensionare până la 63 de ani şi majorarea stagiului complet de cotizare până la 34 de ani atât pentru bărbaţi, cât şi pentru femei se efectuează eşalonat, începând cu 1 iulie 2017, conform modificărilor operate în Legea privind sistemul public de pensii nr.156-XIV din 14.10.1998. Vârsta standard de pensionare de 63 de ani pentru bărbaţi este deja atinsă la 1 iulie 2019, iar pentru femei va fi atinsă la 1 iulie 2028. Atingerea acestor vârste se realizează prin creşterea anuală a vârstelor standard de pensionare pentru bărbaţi cu 4 luni, iar pentru femei cu 6 luni, conform eşalonării prevăzute în tabelul prezentat mai jos. De asemenea, de la 1 iulie 2017, pentru femeile care au născut şi educat până la vârsta de 8 ani cinci şi mai mulţi copii se aplică vârstele standard de pensionare, indicate în tabel, diminuate cu 3 ani. Totodată, va fi egalat stagiul complet de cotizare pentru bărbaţi şi femei, care va constitui 34 de ani. Pentru bărbaţi, acesta este stabilit din 1 iulie 2018, iar pentru femei începând cu 1 iulie 2024, conform eşalonării prevăzute în tabel. Începând cu 1 aprilie 2017, la stabilirea pensiei nu se mai prezintă certificatele de salariu de la activităţile realizate până la 01.01.1999, deoarece pensia se calculează doar în baza venitului asigurat realizat după 01.01.1999, reflectat în contul personal de asigurări sociale al persoanei asigurate din Registrul de Stat al evidenţei individuale în sistemul public de asigurări sociale, care este administrat de Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale. Totodată, la stabilirea pensiei se ia în considerare stagiul de cotizare realizat în toată perioada de activitate, confirmat prin carnetul de muncă şi contul personal de asigurări sociale. Mai comunicăm că, pentru a beneficia de pensie de la data atingerii vârstei de pensionare, cererea şi actele necesare se depun la Casa teritorială de asigurări sociale de la locul de trai în termen de 30 de zile de la această dată. În cazul depunerii cererii de pensionare cu depăşirea termenului de 30 de zile, pensia pentru limită de vârstă se va acorda de la data prezentării ultimului act necesar.
