A fost elaborată balanța energetică de perspectivă pentru anul 2016

Proiectul hotărârii privind balanţa energetică de persectivă pentru anul 2016 a fost susţinut de către cabinetul de miniştri. Documentul a fost elaborat de către Ministerul Economiei, în comun cu proiectul de asistență tehnică al UE privind sistemul de statistică energetică. Obiectivul principal al proiectului constă în îmbunătățirea procesului de planificare energetică în RM. Astfel, prognozarea a fost efectuată în baza datelor statistice oficiale din Balanța energetică pentru anii 2010-2014 (date statistice ale Biroului naţional de statistic, după tipurile de combustibil), Balanța energetică pentru anii 2010-2014 (balanța produselor conform datelor BNS, după grupul de combustibil) și Informațiile privind perspectivele de dezvoltare pentru anii 2015-2016 a întreprinderilor din sectorul energetic. Structura sistemului energetic va rămâne neschimbată pe termen scurt, atât la nivel de cerere, cât și la nivel de ofertă. Adică, echipamentele energetice și infrastructura existentă rămân în mare parte neschimbate. Echipamentele și structura includ toate instalațiile, dispozitivele, procesele și echipamentele de producere, transportare, distribuție și de consum a resurselor energetice și energie de către instituțiile economice: centrale electrice, rețele, motoare, vehicule, instalații electrice etc. Procesul de prognozare al balanței energetice pe termen scurt a fost organizat în două fluxuri de lucru și anume – analiza cantitativă și cea calitativă. Ministrul economiei Octavian Calmîc a specificat că procesul de prognozare al sectorului energetic va contribui la elaborarea scenariilor și pronosticurilor oficiale ce țin de domeniul securității și eficienței la nivel național. Documentul a fost elaborat având la bază angajamentul RM de a armoniza legislația sa în domeniul energeticii la acquis-ul UE, în mod special să implementeze statisticile energetice, ceea ce prevede obligații specifice de raportare către UE.
