A luat sfîrșit prima etapă a concursului de proiecte investiționale

S-a încheiat etapa întâi a Concursului de selectare a proiectelor de dezvoltare regională pentru perioada anilor 2017-2020, lansat de Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și Construcțiilor în data de 15 martie 2016. Astfel, în perioada 15 martie - 3 mai a.c., administrațiile publice locale (APL) de nivelurile I și II din municipiul Bălți și cele 11 raioane din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Nord (Briceni, Edineț, Dondușeni, Drochia, Fălești, Florești, Glodeni, Ocnița, Râșcani, Sângerei, Soroca) au depus la sediul Agenției de Dezvoltare Regională (ADR) Nord 54 de note conceptuale pentru proiecte de dezvoltare regională. Proiectele depuse la Concurs sunt în domeniile: infrastructura drumurilor regionale și locale, aprovizionarea cu apă și sanitație, managementul deșeurilor solide, dezvoltarea infrastructurii de afaceri, sporirea atractivității turistice și eficiența energetică a clădirilor publice. Proiectele desemnate câștigătoare urmează să obțină finanțare din Fondul Național pentru Dezvoltare Regională. Mai jos vă prezentăm numărul de note conceptuale depuse la ADR Nord pentru proiecte de dezvoltare regională, conform celor șase domenii de intervenție:
  1. Infrastructura drumurilor regionale și locale - 6;
  2. Aprovizionare cu apă şi sanitaţie - 12;
  3. Managementul deșeurilor solide - 5;
  4. Dezvoltarea infrastructurii de afaceri - 10;
  5. Sporirea atractivității turistice - 8;
  6. Eficiența energetică a clădirilor publice - 13.
Lista proiectelor selectate în urma Concursului va fi publicată pe site-ul ADR Nord, după ce vor fi incluse, prin Hotărâre de Guvern, în Documentul Unic de Program pentru anii 2017-2020. Miercuri, 4 mai, în incinta ADR Nord va avea loc evaluarea administrativă a notelor conceptuale colectate pe parcursul etapei întâi a Concursului. Ulterior, vor urma mai multe etape de evaluare a notelor conceptuale înaintate pentru finanțare. Menționăm că pentru proiectele aprobate de Consiliul Regional pentru Dezvoltare Nord la cea de-a doua etapă a Concursului va fi necesară completarea cererilor de finanțare. Ulterior, acestea vor fi evaluate de o comisie interministerială.
