Accesul la comunicații economice va fi simplificat

În Moldova va fi simplificat accesul la infrastructura comunicațiilor electronice de uz comun. Acest lucru este prevăzut de proiectul legii privind accesul la teritoriu și utilizare în comun a infrastructurii comunicațiilor electronice de uz comun, aprobat de Guvern. Documentul a fost elaborat în conformitate cu foaia de parcurs de îmbunătățire a competitivității Moldovei și a planului național de implementare a Acordului de asociere RM-UE și are menirea de a contribui la dezvoltarea rețelelor comunicațiilor electronice la nivel național, creșterea investițiilor în dezvoltarea infrastructurii și creșterea competiției dintre furnizorii de rețele și servicii de comunicații electronice. Potrivit proiectului de lege, în planurile de urbanism ale municipiilor și orașelor, în proiectele de reabilitare și reconstrucție a străzilor sau a drumurilor naționale este prevăzută crearea unor conducte pentru plasarea comunicațiilor electronice de uz comun. La construcția noilor clădiri vor fi prevăzute spații tehnologice pentru montaea echipamentelor și altor elemente de infrastructură, a rețelelor interne, ceea ce va permite evitarea montării cablurilor în scările blocurilor. Pentru păstrarea aspectelor estetice ale municipiilor și orașelor, noile cabluri magistrale vor fi montate numai subteran.
