Activitatea a cinci localuri din Chișinău suspendată

Primarul municipiului Chișinău, Dorin Chirtoacă a dispus suspendarea autorizațiilor de funcționare a cinci cluburi de noapte și disco-baruri din sectorul Buiucani al capitalei. Asta după ce localurile au fost verificate de pompieri, care au semnalat o serie de nereguli privind regulile de asigurare a securității antiincendiare. Este vorba despre disco-barul Ovico de pe strada Ion Creangă, SRL Triluz (clubul Studio de pe strada București 68), clubul de noapte Cocos, complexul de alimentație publică de pe strada Prais 47 A - SRL 777 Chiciuc și clubul Rai (SRL Gentleman) de pe strada Vasile Lupu 39. Cele cinci localuri urmează să își suspende activitatea, până la înlăturarea neregulilor depistate de pompieri. Autorităţile locale, de comun cu Direcţia Situaţii Excepţionale vor continua verificarea cluburilor de noapte din oraş, pentru a asigura respectarea Regulilor de asigurare a securităţii antiincendiare în toate localurile publice din oraş. De asemenea, primarul general al capitalei, Dorin Chirtoacă, a dispus ca Direcţia generală comerţ, alimentaţie publică şi prestări servicii să solicite avizarea de către organul supravegherii de stat a măsurilor contra incendiilor a Direcţiei Situaţii Excepţionale a municipiului Chişinău, a tuturor cererilor de eliberare a autorizaţiilor de funcţionare pentru unităţile de alimentaţie publică cu capacitatea mai mare de 50 de locuri şi program de lucru prelungit, în care se preconizează desfăşurarea ceremoniilor, festivităţilor sau a altor măsuri cu flux sporit de vizitatori. Amintim că ieri instanțele de judecată au emis decizii de suspendare a actvității celor cinci localuri de mai sus și a clubului de noapte City.
