Actualizarea Indicațiilor metodice pentru întreprinzătorii individuali

Ministerul Finanțelor a elaborat și propune pentru consultări publice proiectul ordinului cu  privire  la  aprobarea  modificărilor la Indicaţiile metodice privind contabilitatea pentru persoanele fizice care desfăşoară activitate de întreprinzător, aprobate prin Ordinul nr.118/2013 al ministrului finanţelor. Documentul prevede actualizarea unor noţiuni și acte normative din domeniul fiscal şi financiar, ajustarea termenului de păstrare a documentelor contabile conform prevederilor Legii contabilității și raportării financiare nr.287/2017 etc.
 

Astfel, proiectul conține propuneri cu privire cazurile de aplicare obligatorie a documentelor primare cu regim special1, elementele obligatorii care trebuie să le conțină acestea în cazul ținerii contabilității de către persoanele fizice care desfăşoară activitate de întreprinzător, modul de calculare și înregistrare a amortizării mijloacelor fixe şi a imobilizărilor necorporale care se folosesc în activitatea de întreprinzător.

 

Proiectul precizează și faptul că imobilizările necorporale reprezintă imobilizări nemonetare care nu îmbracă o formă materială şi au un termen de utilizare limitat (de exemplu, concesiuni, licenţe şi mărci; drepturi de autor şi titluri de protecţie; programe informatice şi alte imobilizări necorporale (website-uri, reţete, formule, modele, proiecte etc.)).

 

Se preconizează că prevederile proiectului vor intra în vigoare la data publicării în MO al RM.

1 Legea nr.287/2017, Articolul 12. Documente primare cu regim special 

(1) Documentele primare cu regim special se întocmesc conform formularelor tipizate și se utilizează în cazul: 

a) înstrăinării activelor cu transmiterea dreptului de proprietate, cu excepţia valorilor mobiliare; b) prestării serviciilor, cu excepţia serviciilor financiare prestate de către instituţiile financiare, organizaţiile de creditare nebancară, asociaţiile de economii şi împrumut; c) transportării activelor în afara entităţii fără transmiterea dreptului de proprietate; d) achiziţionării activelor şi serviciilor de locaţiune de la furnizori cetăţeni; e) transmiterii activelor în leasing, arendă, locaţiune sau cu drept de uzufruct.
