AEÎ, la 20 de ani de activitate

Adunarea generală a membrilor Asociației Centrale a Asociaţiilor de Economii şi Împrumut, activitatea cărora marchează 20 de ani de activitate, a avut loc vineri, 23 februarie 2018, în cadrul căreia a fost prezentat și aprobat Raportul anual al Consiliului AEÎ privind activitatea Asociației pentru anul 2017, inclusiv executarea bugetului. Totodată, participanții au aprobat și alte acte importante ale AEÎ precum – Raportul financiar al Asociației pentru anul 2017, Darea de seamă a Comisiei de Cenzori, Raportul privind controlul anual obligatoriu, Raportul auditului pentru anul 2017 etc. De asemenea, în cadrul evenimentului a fost aprobat statutul Asociației în redacție nouă, precum și actualizate regulamentele acesteia – Regulamentul privind activitatea consiliului asociației centrale, Regulamentul privind activitatea comisiei de cenzori a asociației centrale și Regulamentul privind desfășurarea adunării generale a membrilor asociației centrale. Potrivit directorului executiv al Asociației Centrale, Victor Trocin, aprobarea noilor regulamente este necesară în contextul ultimelor modificări legislative. Totodată, participanții adunării generale au ales noi membri ai Comisiei de Cenzori ai Asociației Centrale a AEÎ, precum și au discutat referitor la stabilirea mărimii contribuției financiare anuale pentru anul 2018. Menționăm că activitatea asociațiilor de economii și împrumut este reglementată de Legea nr.139 din 21.06.2007 a asociațiilor de economii și împrumut. Membrii Asociațiilor de economii și împrumut au fost îndemnați să devină cititori ai Publicației Periodice „Monitorul fiscal FISC.MD”, pentru a fi la curent cu cele mai importante noutăți din domeniul contabil, fiscal și economic, precum și cu alte aspecte relevante ce țin de activitatea lor, cum ar fi - Contabilitatea provizioanelor pentru pierderi din împrumuturi acordate și dobânzile aferente, publicat în ediția din februarie a revistei.
