Aeroportul Internațional Mărculești, retras din administrarea Ministerului Apărării

Decizia Guvernului privind transmiterea întreprinderii de stat Aeroportul Internațional Mărculești din administrarea Ministerului Apărării în cea a Ministerului Economiei a intrat în vigoare, fiind publicată în ediţia MO din 21 iulie. ÎS Aeroportul Internațional Mărculești a fost fondată în 2004 și are o suprafață de peste 265 hectare. Totodată, dispune de o infrastructură complexă. Acest fapt a determinat crearea, în baza acestei întreprinderi de stat, a unei zone economice libere. Însă administrarea acestei întreprindere de stat a fost ineficientă, iar în zona economică liberă activează doar acei rezidenți, care s-au înregistrat la momentul creării ZEL. Din cei 8 rezidenți ai zonei, doar unul s-a înregistrat în ultimii 3 ani. ÎS înregistrează constant pierderi. Doar în anul trecut acestea s-au cifrat la 54 mil. lei. ÎS generează datorii, care sunt în permanentă creştere. Vicepremierul și ministrul economiei, Octavian Calmâc, a constatat că ÎS nu are un plan bine structurat de dezvoltare. Pe parcursul dezbaterilor în Guvern s-a menţionat, că delimitarea activităților Aeroportului de cele desfășurate în zona economică liberă, precum și înlăturarea deficiențelor în gestionare vor schimba situația la această ÎS. Calmâc a mai spus că Ministerul Economiei deține competențe de promovare a politicilor de atragere a investițiilor în zonele economice libere. Ministrul crede că, cu aplicarea experienței acumulate, va fi posibilă atragerea rezidenților noi, care au proiecte şi resurse pentru a le realiza în zona economică liberă din cadrul Aeroportului Internațional Mărculești.
