Agenţii economici îşi vor putea înregistra afacerile on-line

Camera Înregistrării de Stat va începe pilotarea registrului electronic unic al agenţilor economici şi organizaţiilor necomerciale (RUAEON), care vine să uniformizeze procedura de înregistrare, modificare, evidenţă, comunicare şi distribuire a datelor tuturor persoanelor juridice şi agenţilor economici. Registrul a fost prezentat astăzi, la Ministerul Justiţiei, reprezentanţilor Camerei Înregistrării de Stat, Direcţiei organizaţii necomerciale, Direcţiei profesii juridice. Registrul respectiv constituie o platformă unică pentru înregistrarea tuturor entităţilor cu statut de persoană juridică, dar şi a celor cu statut de persoană fizică în calitate de agenţi economici de toate tipurile. Potrivit prevederilor din Planul de acţiuni privind implementarea Strategiei de reformare a sectorului justiţiei, registrul electronic unic al agenţilor economici şi organizaţiilor necomerciale trebuie să fie pe deplin funcţional până la sfârşitul anului 2016.
