Agenţii economici riscă amenzi pentru publicitatea la ţigări

Controale inopinate şi amenzi usturătoare - de astfel de surprize neplăcute vor avea parte agenţii economici care nu vor respecta prevederile legii privind interzicerea publicităţii la ţigări sau a accesoriilor pentru fumători. Până în luna martie, Centrul Naţional de Sănătate Publică va desfăşura verificări în toate centrele comerciale, în magazinele alimentare, dar și în chioșcurile stradale unde se comercializează țigări. Persoanele fizice care vor încălca legea riscă amenzi de până la patru mii de lei, iar cele juridice - până la zece mii de lei. De la 1 ianuarie 2016 în Republica Moldova este interzisă publicitatea la ţigări.
