Agenții economici așteaptă ca problema legată de patenta de întreprinzător să fie soluționată cât mai urgent

Reglementările sectorului micului bussines au fost discutate în cadrul unor dezbateri publice organizate de Congresul Autorităților Locale din Moldova și Asociația Micului Business. La eveniment au participat reprezentanți ai administrației publice locale, Ministerului Economiei, agenți economici, oameni de afaceri etc. Directorul executiv al CALM, Viorel Furdui s-a referit la deschiderea autorităților locale în ceea ce privește susținerea micului business. Suntem interesați ca mediul de afaceri la nivel local să activeze bine, să se dezvolte și oamenii să aibă un loc de muncă, un venit cât de cât stabil. Dacă este asigurat un mediu de afaceri bun, au de câștigat toți, atât cetățenii, cât și bugetele locale, a menționat directorul executiv CALM. În cadrul discuțiilor participanții s-au referit la principalele probleme cu care se confruntă mediul de afaceri din țara noastră, oportunitățile de dezvoltare a sectorului micului business, relația dintre agenții economici și instituțiile statului, precum şi prevederile legislaţiei în domeniul antreprenorial. În mod prioritar a fost discutată problema revizuirii Legii privind patenta de întreprinzător, în contextul în care, la începutul anului viitor agenții economici nu vor mai putea activa în baza patentei, iar autoritățile nu au adoptat până la moment o altă soluție. Agenţii economici au manifestat nemulţumire faţă de iniţiativa Ministerului Economiei, care le interzice să mai activeze în bază de patentă de la 1 ianuarie 2017 şi au solicitat autorităţilor ca până la sfârşitul anului curent să fie rezolvată problema patentarilor. De asemenea, au parvenit solicitări din partea agenţilor economici, dar şi autorităţilor locale ca activitatea grupului de lucru creat de Comisia parlamentară economie, buget şi finanţe cu scopul de a revizui Legea cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător să fie mai eficientă.
