Agenții economici vor putea emite și expedia facturile fiscale online

Chișinău, 11 februarie 2014. Unul dintre cele mai solicitate servicii guvernamentale – eliberarea facturilor fiscale – este oferit și în formă digitală (online) de către Guvern în parteneriat cu Serviciul Fiscal de Stat şi cu suportul Centrului de Guvernare Electronică. Astfel, serviciul „e-Factura” permite întreprinderilor să emită şi expedieze facturile sau facturile fiscale fără a se deplasa la sediul Serviciul Fiscal de Stat. Ion Prisăcaru, Seful Servicului Fiscal de Stat:
„e-Factură oferă o serie de avantaje indiscutabile tuturor părților implicate în procesele implementării și utilizării acestui serviciu, printre care creşterea operativităţii în ceea ce ţine de documentarea tranzacţiilor efectuate, reducerea riscului falsificării facturilor fiscale, creşterea productivităţii muncii, reducerea cheltuielilor de imprimare a facturilor şi facturilor fiscale, excluderea riscurilor de pierdere a formularelor facturilor sau facturilor fiscale, reducerea cheltuielilor suportate.”

“Comoditate, eficiență, transparență, rapiditate şi siguranță – aceste criterii stau la baza conceptului de digitizare a serviciilor publice. e-Factură răspunde tuturor acestor criterii, mai mult ca atât, procesele de digitizare au fost proiectate în așa mod, încît să fie garantată siguranța tranzacțiilor pe internet și al protecției datelor personale".
Serviciul electronic e-Factura urmează să fie lansat în trei etape: prima etapă – pilot, cu durata de 6 luni, în cadrul căreia urmează să fie testat serviciul cu un număr limitat de agenți economici, astfel încât la finele etapei să poată fi operate ajustări de soft, dacă va fi cazul. A doua etapă - zona experimentală, va fi lansată în regim de testare a programului pentru toți agenții economici, începînd cu iunie, 2014. Etapa finală - lansarea industrială, presupune utilizarea sistemului e-Factura la scară națională, începînd cu ianuarie 2015. Serviciul „e-Factura”, este parte a proiectului de e-Transformare a Guvernării, susținut de Banca Mondială și implementat prin intermediul Centrului de Guvernare Electronică.
