Агентство публичной собственности объявило о новом этапе приватизации госсобственности

Агентство публичной собственности Республики Молдова объявило о проведении первого в этом году этапа приватизации государственного имущества, стартовая цена которого превышает 784 млн леев. В рамках коммерческого конкурса, который пройдет с 3 апреля по 12 мая, планируется продать государственные пакеты акций в двух акционерных обществах и 18 госпредприятиях различного профиля. Общая стоимость госимущества, выставляемого на продажу, составляет 573,75 млн леев. Пять госпредприятий выставлены на приватизацию при условии сохранения их профиля. На аукцион «с молотка», который пройдет 29 апреля, на приватизацию будет выставлено 10 объектов. В период 19 - 22 мая на Фондовой бирже Молдовы пройдет аукцион по продаже акций государства в 24 акционерных обществах, при этом в 11 из них доля государства превышает 51%. Общая первоначальная стоимость акций, выставленных на аукцион на ФБМ для продажи, составляет 167,93 млн леев. По данным Министерства финансов, в 2014 году в государственный бюджет от продажи и приватизации госсобственности поступило более 191 млн леев, хотя планировалось получить доходов на 240 млн леев. Законопроектом о государственном бюджете на 2015 год предусмотрена продажа и приватизация объектов государственной собственности и пакетов акций, принадлежащих государству, на 230 млн леев. Эти средства пойдут на покрытие дефицита бюджета.
