AGEPI проводит семинары

Государственное агентство по интеллектуальной собственности (AGEPI) проводит кампанию по информированию экономических агентов о защите торговых марок, которая продлится до 24 марта. Как сообщили в AGEPI, в рамках кампании предпринимателям предоставят информацию в области интеллектуальной собственности, а также познакомят с аспектами национальной системы по защите интеллектуальной собственности, в том числе торговых марок. Для этих целей организуются семинары. Особый акцент семинаров сделан на рисках, с которым могут столкнуться экономические агенты, если их марка или другие объекты интеллектуальной собственности не зарегистрированы. Специалисты AGEPI уже провели семинары в Единцах и Орхее, на очереди Рыбница, Бэлць, Сорока, Унгень, Гагаузия, Кишинев, Кахул и Хынчешть. Также участников семинаров ознакомят с условиями национального конкурса "Торговая марка 2016 года" и с преимуществами, которые принесет участие и победа в конкурсе. В этом году он состоится 8 июня в рамках Гала-церемонии молдавского бизнеса, параллельно с вручением премии "За достижения в области качества". Заявки на конкурс принимаются до 31 марта. Награждение пройдет по нескольким номинациям, среди которых "Признание потребителей", "Местная марка", "Дебют года", "Экспорт", "Интер", "Марка Престиж" и "Социально ответственная торговая марка". Участие в конкурсах стало доступнее и дешевле чем в прошлые годы. Организаторы учли жалобы конкурсантов на высокую плату при подаче заявления на участие. Теперь стоимость участия в конкурсе составляет 3 тыс. леев, что вполовину дешевле, а для малых и средних предприятий предусмотрена дополнительная скидка в 50%.
