Agricultorii vor primi ajutor financiar din Fondul de rezervă a Guvernului

Statul oferă suport financiar pentru a acoperi cheltuielile pentru măsurile fitosanitare agenților economici care au înregistrat prejudicii în urma calamităților naturale din anul curent, în particular, înghețurile târzii de primăvară. Mijloacele financiare vor fi alocate din Fondul de rezervă al Guvernului. Despre aceasta a anunțat ministrul agriculturii şi industriei alimentare Eduard Grama în cadrul unei ședințe de lucru la care au participat conducerea asociațiilor de profil UniAgroProtect, AGROinform, Moldova Fruct, Federația Națională a Fermierilor din Moldova și Asociația producătorilor și exportatorilor de struguri din RM. Suportul va fi alocat pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor la măsurile de protecție fitosanitară a plantațiilor pomicole pe suprafața de circa 10 mii de hectare afectate , dintre care, 6,5 mii ha în urma înghețurilor și alte circa 3,5 mii ha de livezi și viță de vie afectate de grindină și ploi torențiale, a specificat ministrul. Mijloacele financiare vor fi alocate în baza unui regulament care urmează a fi elaborat în timpul apropiat de către specialiștii din cadrul ministerului, și care va fi consultat cu asociațiile de profil. Reprezentanții asociațiilor au apreciat faptul că banii vor fi alocați din Fondul de rezervă și nu din Fondul de subvenționare. Totodată, ei au susținut ideea ca de aceste mijloace financiare să beneficieze nemijlocit agenții economici afectați de calamitățile naturale înregistrate în acest an. Astfel, vor fi acoperite costurile tratamentelor fitosanitare pentru protecția plantelor pentru anul curent, care constituie circa 5 mii lei/ ha pentru plantațiile de măr și 3,5 mii lei/ha pentru sâmburoase. Calculele privind volumul producție de fructe compromis și valoarea prejudiciilor au fost efectuate conform metodologiei DaLa (Damage and Loss Assessment in the Agricultural Sector), elaborată de Banca Mondială și utilizată pe larg de către experții internaționali, inclusiv FAO, în baza datelor Comisiilor de documentare, obținute după deplasarea în raioanele afectate și informației prezentate de Direcțiile raionale agricultură și alimentație, precum și datelor din Tabelul centralizator privind prejudiciul cauzat de situaţiile excepţionale cu caracter natural.
