Agricultura competitivă în Moldova: finanțare adițională

Asociația Internațională pentru Dezvoltare (AID) va aloca Republicii Moldova un credit în sumă de 13,5 mil. euro pentru gestionarea sub-produselor de origine animală, în cadrul proiectului Agricultura Competitivă în Moldova. Proiectul   legii pentru ratificarea Acordului de finanțare dintre RM și AID a fost aprobat în ambele lecturi în cadrul ședinței din 20 noiembrie curent.
 
După cum a explicat secretarul de stat al Ministerului Agriculturii, Dezvoltării Regionale și Mediului, Tatiana Nistorică, aceasta este cea de-a treia finanțare adițională din cadrul proiectului și este destinată pentru construcția unei unități de gestionare a sub-produselor de origine animală nedestinate consumului uman, care ar fi o soluție reală pentru menținerea situației epizootice favorabile din țară.

 

Finanțarea adițională presupune extinderea activităților implementate în cadrul proiectului Agricultura Competitivă în Moldova (componenta Îmbunătățirea managementului siguranței alimentelor), care vizează consolidarea capacităților umane, instituționale și tehnice ale sistemelor naționale de gestionare a calității și siguranței alimentelor, asigurarea conformității cadrului normativ și componentelor sistemului cu standardele sanitare și fitosanitare ale piețelor de export.

 

Potrivit președintelui comisiei agricultură, Radu Mudreac, necesitatea construcției acestei unități ține de condiționalitățile efectuării exportului produselor de origine animală. În momentul de față, în țara noastră nu există nici un sistem de gestionare a sub-produselor.
