AIPA declară achitarea tuturor datoriilor la subvenții pentru 2016

Agenția de Intervenție și Plăți pentru Agricultură (AIPA) anunță că la sfârșitul lunii martie curent au fost achitate toate restanțele față de beneficiarii de subvenții pentru 2016. Astfel, conform Legii Bugetului de Stat, mărimea fondului de subvenționare pentru 2016 a constituit 700 mil. lei, incluzând surse externe în valoare de 380 mil. lei din contul Programului ENPARD. În urma încheierii campaniei de recepționare a cererilor de finanțare pentru 2016 au fost înregistrate peste 4500 de solicitări de subvenționare în valoare brută de circa 640 mil. lei. Astfel, la finele anului 2016 din 700 mil. lei, cca 230 mil. lei au fost direcționate la stingerea datoriilor și efectuarea plăților pentru circa 1640 de solicitări, achitate integral. Odată cu intrarea în vigoare a Legii Bugetului de Stat pentru 2017, AIPA a reluat procesul de achitare a cererilor anului 2016, rămase fără acoperire financiară, procesând și achitând pe parcursul lunilor 1 ianuarie- 31 martie curent, din alocațiile Fondurilor anului 2017, circa 330 mil. lei pentru încă 2645 de cereri. În total, AIPA a trecut în contul producătorilor agricoli circa 560 mil. lei pentru 4300 de cereri de subvenționare. Menționăm, că în cadrul examinării dosarelor de subvenționare au fost depistate iregularități la aproximativ 216 dosare, în valoare totală de circa 50 mil. de lei, ceea ce constituie 4,8% din totalul dosarelor depuse spre subvenționare. Reiterăm, că aprobarea legii bugetului pentru 2016 a venit cu întârziere, procesul de recepționare a cererilor pentru subvenționarea investițiilor a început abia la 5 august 2016 si a durat până la 31 octombrie 2016.
