AIPA: средства освоены полностью

AIPA полностью завершила выплату субсидий за 2017 г. Информация представлена Агентством по интервенциям и платежам в сельском хозяйстве (AIPA), которое перечислило на счета сельхозпроизводителей около 420 млн леев по 5 тыс. заявок. До конца года будут перечислены еще 100 млн леев. Таким образом, средства, выделенные на субсидирование фермеров, освоены в этом году на 100%. Отмечается, что, благодаря средствам фонда субсидирования, в 2017 г. в сельское хозяйство привлечено более 4,3 млрд леев и создано 3,9 тыс. рабочих мест. Всего в 2017 г. в AIPA поступило рекордное число заявок на получение субсидий - 7,8 тыс. на сумму более 800 млн леев. Около 82% заявителей - малые и средние предприятия, а 40% - женщины. Наибольшее количество заявок поступило от фермеров из южного района страны: Гагаузия - на 68 млн леев, Кагул - 48 млн леев, Каушаны - 40 млн леев, Хынчешты - 38 млн леев, Штефан-Водэ - 36 млн леев, Кантемир - 30 млн леев и т.д. Большинство заявок (28%) было подано на получение финансовой помощи для приобретения специализированной техники и оборудования (237 млн леев). Более 90 млн леев было запрошено на закладку новых садов, на поддержку виноградников - 10,8 млн леев. Для ирригационных систем фермеры запросили более 32 млн леев, для противоградовых систем и систем, помогающих в борьбе с заморозками - 4,2 млн леев. Для развития зоотехнического сектора фермеры запросили 57 млн леев, а общая сумма инвестиций в этот сектор составила 170 млн леев. По данным AIPA, на развитие послеуборочной инфраструктуры в 2017 г. из фонда по субсидированию было выделено 200 млн леев. Общая сумма инвестиций в эту инфраструктуры составила 700 млн леев. Около 78 млн леев было запрошено фермерами для стимулирования их кредитования. 22 группы сельхозпроизводителей, состоящих из 120 фермеров, подали заявки на получение 42 млн леев. Напомним, что заявки на получение субсидий в этом году принимались с 1 июля по 31 октября. Всего бюджет фонда субсидирования на 2017 г. составлял 520 млн леев. Изначально размер Национального фонда сельскохозяйственного и сельского развития на 2017 г. составил 900 млн леев, но из них были погашены долги за предыдущий год (почти 340 млн леев), совершены выплаты в Национальный фонд винограда и вина (около 31 млн леев) и покрыты административные расходы Национального фонда развития сельского хозяйства в сельской местности (11 млн леев).
