Amazon: Nimic nu poate împiedica ideea, timpul căreia a venit

În cadrul forumului dedicat comerțului electornic, organizat de Asociația Oamenilor de Afaceri din Moldova în parteneriat cu compania Saleszone, a fost prezentată cea mai cunoscută platformă e-commerce din lume - Amazon. În cadrul celor două paneluri ale forumului speakerii Alexandru Bordea, Iulian Alexa, Vlad Dragomir, Alex Huditan şi Vadim Jeleascov au vorbit despre această platformă. Nimic nu poate împedica ideea timpul căreia a venit! Produsele fabricate în Republica Moldova sunt deja propuse spre comercializare pe retailerul on-line Amazon, grație companiei Saleszone. Alexandru Bordea, cofondator la Saleszone a vorbit antreprenorilor prezenți la forum despre beneficiile vânzărilor on-line, făcând referire la oportunitățile oferite de platforma prezentată. Trainerul a menționat că unele întreprinderi din țara noastră deja utilizează Amazon, cum ar fi, de exemplu, brandul Din inimă, însă, producătorii din țara noastră încă nu sunt suficient de pregătiți față de acest tip de vânzări, având un fel de reticență și preferă, în mare parte, comerțul tradițional. Acum un an de zile era destul de straniu pentru mine cum ai putea în Republica Moldova să faci o afacere și să poți câștiga destul de mult fără ca să te deplasezi undeva și să activezi legal. Acum platforma Amazone este utilizată în multe țări, este folosită și în țara noastră, pentru că după cum se spune, Nimic nu poate împedica ideea timpul căreia a venit, a spus cofondatorul Saleszone. Amazon – vânzări anuale de peste $100.000.000.000 Iulian Alexa, specialist la Saleszone, a prezentat detalii generale despre platformă. Astfel, cel mai mare retailer on-line din lume, înregistrează, anual, vânzări de peste $100.000.000.000 și are un profit anual de peste $50.000.000.000. Amazon este un magazin on-line, recunoscut în toată lumea, prin intermediul căruia producătorii, vânzătorii, importatorii și exportatorii au posibilitatea să-și comercializeze produsele. E un new life style pentru seller, producători, investitori și startup-eri, a menționat trainerul, potrivit căruia cele mai vizibile beneficii obținute cu Amazon sunt: • Libertate geografică – vânzări din orice colț al lumii • Riscuri mici – tot de ce ai nevoie este să-ți deschizi un cont • Investiții mici pentru startup – fără investiții în infrastructură, personal, birou, depozite, departament vânzări etc. Pe Amazon se vând aproximativ: • 350 de unități pe secundă • 21 000 unități pe minut • 1 260 000 unități pe oră • 30 240 000 unități pe zi • 11 037 600 000 unități pe an Ce face Amazon? Retailerul on-line realizează tot ciclul comercializării. Platforma depozitează produsele utilizatorilor, deservește clienții, răspunde la apelurile telefonice și e-mailuri, livrează produsele agenților până la ușa clientului. Este important că, în caz de pierderi, deteriorări sau alte cazuri excepționale, Amazon garantează toate pagubele materiale, inclusiv profitul ratat. Adițional, platforma lucrează cu retururile, preia plățile de la clienți și transferă încasările direct pe contul sau cardul bancar al antreprenorului. Totodată, reprezentantul Saleszone a oferit drept exemplu o serie de produse pe care antreprenorii din țara noastră le-ar putea vinde pe Amazon. Acestea ar fi, în primul rând, produsele handmade, pentru că în Republica Moldova există o mulțime de meșteri populari care produc o varietate mare de astfel de lucrări, cum ar fi bijuteriile. Pe Amazon mai sunt solicitate cărțile, electrocasnicile, hainele și încălțămintea, accesoriile, produsele ingienice și cosmetica, ceaiurile și cafeaua etc. De unde luăm produsele? La această întrebare trainerul a menționat că ele pot fi luate de peste tot. La rândul lor, speakerii români Vlad Dragomir, Alex Huditan, dar și Vadim Jeleascov, directorul proiectului Price.md, au prezentat istoriile lor de succes în vânzările pe Amazon. Participanții la forum au adresat speakerilor întrebări ce țin de închiderea/deschiderea conturilor pe Amazon, cu ce tipuri de produse e bine să te lansezi în comerțul pe platformă, cum se încheie contractele cu producătorii etc.
