Amendamente la Acordul privind comerțul liber cu Ucraina

În cadrul ședinței din 21 octombrie a Executivului a fost aprobată decizia de inițiere a negocierilor și semnarea Protocolului de amendare a Acordului privind comerțul liber dintre Guvernele Republicii Moldova și al Ucrainei. Acesta prevede revizuirea regulilor de determinare a originii mărfurilor, aplicate de părți aplicate în cadrul comerțului bilateral.
 
Aprobarea amendamentelor vine în contextul în care Ucraina aplică din luna ianuarie 2019 prevederile Convenției cu privire la regulile de origine preferențiale Pan-Euro-Mediteraneene în comerțul cu Uniunea Europeană, la care țara noastră este membru încă din anul 2015. Conform Protocolului II al Acordului de Asociere RM-UE, Moldova aplică prevederile Convenției în comerțul cu țările UE.
 

Astfel, Moldova și Ucraina vor avea aceleași reguli de origine în comerțul bilateral și principiul cumulării diagonale.

 

Amintim, Acordul privind comerțul liber dintre Republica Moldova și  Ucrainei semnat la Chișinău la 13 noiembrie 2003.
